How We Started

The owner, and administrator, Ranjit Singh, started this business twenty-one years ago with the support of her husband, Mohinder Singh. She chose “RJ” to represent her love for her two children and that would remind her why she works so hard to give families the care and attention they deserve. She believes that family, compassion, and doing what’s proper for the patients matter most at the end of the day. While working as a nurse, she discovered that most people prefer to care for their loved ones in the comfort of their homes. By starting RJ Healthcare Services, she hoped that her small agency could provide families with the satisfaction of knowing their loved ones were in the care of people who also value family. With the few nurses she had, she built a place where family members could get services for their loved ones. Twenty-one years later, her agency still provides intimate and personal care for seniors. It has now become one of the most reliable and expansive home care services with a tight, close-knit feeling that family members and their loved ones deserve.

Facility and Private Care Nursing Staffing

RJ Healthcare Services started by providing services within long-term care facilities and assisted living. We then branched out of the facilities to begin home care services. We can provide staff every day for nurse shortages or emergencies. We also offer private duty within the facilities for clients who prefer one-on-one care but with the resources of a fully staffed center.
